At Strydify, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

If your return is accepted, we will:

  • Provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Review your return request before processing it.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

We will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be canceled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every purchase from Strydify includes a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly delivered

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender.
