Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless a free shipping promotion is available.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and full name.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If the package has already been accepted, please contact our customer support team with photos of the damage.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
